      EcoGreenz Shipping Policy

      At EcoGreenz, we strive to deliver your orders in an eco-friendly and timely manner. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

      1. Shipping Locations

      We currently deliver across India. If your location is remote, we’ll do our best to reach you. For questions about specific locations, contact us at support@ecogreenz.in or on WhatsApp number +91 9328016250.

      2. Processing Time

      Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

      3. Shipping Charges

      Free Shipping on all orders above ₹500. A nominal charge of ₹[X] applies for orders below this threshold to ensure fair pricing and eco-friendly practices.

      4. Delivery Timeline

      • Major cities: 3-5 business days.
      • Other locations: 5-7 business days.

      Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or logistical delays.

      5. Eco-Friendly Packaging

      We use biodegradable and recyclable materials for our packaging, in line with our commitment to sustainability. Please reuse or recycle whenever possible.

      6. Order Tracking

      Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can stay updated on your delivery status.

      7. Delivery Attempts

      Our delivery partners will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your package. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us, and you’ll be notified. Reshipping may incur additional charges.

      8. Damaged or Missing Items

      We carefully inspect all shipments. However, if your package is damaged or items are missing:

      • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ecogreenz.in.
      • Photos and videos of the damaged items and the packaging must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

      If the required evidence is not shared within this timeframe, we regret that we won’t be able to offer a replacement or any resolution.

      9. Cancellations and Modifications

      Orders can be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

      10. Our Ethical Shipping Promise

      We prioritize carbon-efficient routes for deliveries. A percentage of our shipping profits goes toward reforestation and other green initiatives.
