    EcoGreenz Return Policy

    At EcoGreenz, we believe in delivering quality eco-friendly products. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below for complete clarity.

    1. Eligible Returns

    We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
    • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt/invoice.
    • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

    Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, some items like tableware may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

    2. Return Process

    To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Email us at support@ecogreenz.in or call +91 9328016250 within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. Provide Proof: Share photos or videos of the product highlighting the issue for verification.
    3. Approval: Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to ship the product back to us.

    3. Return Shipping

    If the return is due to an issue on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping charges.

    For other return reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

    4. Refunds and Replacements

    Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

    Replacements: If you prefer a replacement, we’ll ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

    5. Items Not Eligible for Return

    • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
    • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
    • Returns initiated after 2 days of delivery.

    6. Ethical & Transparent Practices

    We minimize waste by carefully assessing every return request to ensure genuine cases are prioritized. Returned products, if in good condition, may be reused for charitable purposes.
