No PFAS "forever chemicals" found. PFOA and PFOS not detected. No PCP and no optical brighteners.
No heavy metals
Lead, cadmium and mercury below detection limits. Arsenic not detected.
No taste or smell
German LFGB sensory test with hot (70°C) oily and sour food: zero taste or odour passed to food.
Microwave-safe
Passed the microwave test to BS EN 15284. No change in the plate after heating.
US FDA and EU tests
Passed US FDA 21 CFR 176.170 food-contact extractives and German LFGB food-contact tests.
Certified compostable
Meets ASTM D6400 (USA): 93.6% biodegraded within 180 days in industrial composting, and the compost is safe for plant growth.
